Working closely with the Project Manager, Director, site teams, builders and suppliers, you will assist with the commercial and contractual administration of multiple projects from procurement through to completion.
Key responsibilities
Preparing and managing variations, quotations and cost breakdowns
Preparing and submitting progress claims
Reviewing contracts, scopes of work, drawings and project documentation
Tracking project costs, variations and outstanding approvals
Procurement of materials and coordination with suppliers
Preparing purchase orders and subcontractor documentation
Reviewing supplier and subcontractor quotations
Assisting with project budgets and cost control
Maintaining variation, procurement and project registers
Following up outstanding approvals, payments and project information
About you
Qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or a related discipline
Previous experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar construction role
Experience in commercial construction or fitout is highly regarded
Good understanding of construction drawings, scopes and contracts
Experience with variations, progress claims and procurement




Strong Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Fluent Mandarin Chinese is required, as the role involves regular communication with Chinese-speaking team members, subcontractors and suppliers
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
