Job Description
As an Advertising & Promotions Assistant, you will provide day-to-day support to the Advertising & Promotions team and play a key role in delivering best-in-class brand activations and price promotions across Heinemann Oceania's retail network.

Working closely with the Senior Advertising & Promotions Manager, Advertising & Promotions Specialists and cross-functional teams including Category, Sales, and Marketing, you will support the execution of a dynamic promotional calendar that drives passenger conversion and commercial performance.

This position is part-time and the successful candidate will be required to work four-days per week (30.4 hours).

You will be responsible for (but not limited to):
n
Support the end-to-end execution of the brand activations and price promotions calendar across all airport locations (Domestic & International), coordinating with vendors, Category, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
n
Support the tracking of promotional materials including tasting stock, GWP, samples, and point-of-sale materials — ensuring timely delivery to stores ahead of promotion live dates.

Support store execution during monthly promotional changeovers and conduct regular floor walks and store visits to ensure promotional spaces are correctly set up, well-stocked, and visually compelling.

Track monthly sales performance for review with the Senior Advertising & Promotions Manager.

Maintain strong day-to-day relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
n
Provide general administrative support to the Advertising & Promotions team.
n
What you should bring along:
n
1-2 year experience in marketing, retail, or an administrative role.
n
Basic understanding or interest in digital marketing (social, email, web).
n
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
n
Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced environment.
n
Good communication and teamwork skills.
n
Basic MS Office skills (particularly Excel and Outlook).
n
Interest in retail and customer experience.
n
