About the Role
n
Based in Brisbane and managing all of Queensland, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with independent jewellers, chain stores, and key retail partners across QLD. The role requires regular travel throughout the state.
n
You will act as the face of West End Collection in your territory, delivering strong sales growth, presenting new collections, and identifying opportunities to expand distribution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow an existing customer base across QLD
n
Develop current business opportunities within the jewellery and watch retail sector
n
Present and sell diamond jewellery collections and leading watch brands
n
Conduct regular in-store visits, product training, and merchandising support
n
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
n
Provide market feedback and insights to the wider team
n
Represent the business at industry events and trade shows
n

About You
n

Proven experience selling into the jewellery industry
n
Strong existing relationships within the trade highly regarded
n
Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets
n
Excellent communication and presentation skills
n
Highly organised with the ability to manage a large geographic territory
n
Willingness to travel regularly, including interstate
n
