This is a hands‐on role working within a busy manufacturing environment. You will be working on the production line, handling finished products, preparing pallets and ensuring the production process continues to run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Working on a fast-paced production line
n
Removing finished products from the production line
n
Stacking and arranging finished products safely onto pallets
n
Replenishing and refilling raw materials required for production
n
Performing manual handling, including lifting, carrying, stacking, and moving products
n
Wrapping and preparing pallets for movement or dispatch
n
Conducting basic quality checks on finished products
n
Keeping production and work areas clean, safe, and organised
n
Following all site safety procedures and manufacturing requirements
n




Working closely with machine operators and other production team members
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, process work, or warehousing is highly regarded
n
Comfortable performing repetitive manual handling throughout the shift
n
Physically fit and able to work effectively in a quick‐paced environment
n
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
n
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
n
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
n
Willingness to undertake repetitive production duties
n
Available for ongoing work
n
