Job Description
Winslow in Essendon Fields, Melbourne is seeking an IT Support & Service Coordinator to provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for corporate offices and project sites.
You will image and configure laptops, desktops, tablets and rugged devices, using Intune and Entra ID/Microsoft 365, while handling ticket triage, SLA tracking and knowledge sharing.
You will also coordinate outages, document processes, and assist with site mobilisations and vendor follow-ups, ensuring consistent IT services
