Fairfield Hospital is seeking an experienced Nurse Unit Manager (Lvl 2) to lead the ICU/HDU team, promoting a positive workplace culture and the delivery of safe, compassionate, patient-centred care.
You will provide visible clinical and operational leadership within a energetic environment, working with nursing, medical and multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes and staff engagement.
