Senior Infrastructure Project Manager | Major Asset Refresh
Location:Melbourne, VIC (Hybrid)
Contract Duration:6-Month Contract
Daily Rate:$850 – $985 + GST / Super per day
Security Clearance:Baseline Security Clearance preferred (or Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain)
About the Role
We are seeking a seasonedSenior Infrastructure Project Managerfor a6-month contractto lead and execute major enterpriseAsset Refresh Projects.
In this role, you will take end-to-end accountability for planning, managing, and delivering critical infrastructure refresh initiatives.
You will work closely with technical teams, vendors, and key business stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and minimal operational disruption.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery:Drive end-to-end execution of major infrastructure asset refreshes across hardware, network, and systems environments.
Scheduling & Governance:UtilizeMicrosoft Projectand enterprisePPPM Platforms(Dynamics 365 preferred) to maintain detailed schedules, resource plans, status reports, and project documentation.




Stakeholder & Vendor Management:Engage effectively with key business sponsors, senior IT leaders, and external suppliers to keep deliverables on track.
Risk & Financial Control:Monitor project scope, manage risks/issues, track budgets, and uphold established project governance frameworks.
Requirements & Qualifications
Track Record:Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering complexIT Infrastructure / Asset Refreshprojects in enterprise settings.
Tooling Expertise:Proficiency inMS Project,Microsoft 365, and enterprisePPPM platforms(experience withDynamics 365is highly regarded).
Security Eligibility:ActiveBaseline Security Clearanceis strongly preferred.
UnclearedAustralian Citizenseligible and willing to undergo Baseline vetting will also be considered.
Communication:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with robust stakeholder relationship-building capability.
