About the role:
Campbell Construction Cois now seeking a self-motivatedRepair Coordinator/Administratorto join our Gold Coast team.
This role effectively manages the administration and support of a portfolio of repair claims from the point of authorisation through to completion of the project, including:
Preparation of building contracts and other job-specific documentation
Scheduling of appointments for Supervisors with customers for inspections and approved repairs
Preparation of invoices
Providing updates to all stakeholders in the insurance repair process about the progress of repair projects
Data entry in insurer external platforms and our job management system - Prime
Handling and directing inbound calls
Assisting the Supervisors in all administrative tasks as required
About you:
Previous experience working in a high-volume administrative environment
Work experience in the construction industry or insurance sector are highly desirable
Ability to provide exceptional customer service
Computer proficiency with the ability to quickly learn new programs
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive and conscientious attitude
