Sales and Customer Experience Coordinator - Beauty
We're looking for a switched-on, commercially minded Sales & Customer Experience Coordinator who loves customers, enjoys the commercial side of business and, most importantly, makes things happen.
This is a varied role spanning retail and e-commerce account management, Amazon coordination, customer experience and social community management.
You'll have the chance to take ownership of your own accounts while working across some of Australia's major beauty and pharmacy retailers and supporting our growing international business.
What you'll do
Manage and grow a portfolio of pharmacy and online accounts, identifying opportunities across ranging, new products, promotions and visibility
Provide sales and administrative support across our major retail accounts
Coordinate our specialist Amazon agency, ensuring they have the product information, assets, stock updates, launch details and approvals they need to deliver
Coordinate new products and promotions across relevant sales channels
Work alongside our AI customer service platform, stepping in to resolve enquiries that need human judgement or a personal touch
Resolve customer order and delivery issues with our warehouse, carriers and internal teams
Manage and engage with our community across social media comments and DMs
Keep actions,



deadlines and opportunities moving across internal teams, customers and external partners
About you
You're someone who notices when something hasn't been done, and gets it done.
You're organised, proactive and commercially minded, with excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to great customer experiences.
You enjoy juggling different priorities, building relationships and taking ownership.
Experience in sales coordination, account management, customer experience, retail, e-commerce or FMCG would be ideal.
Beauty or pharmacy experience would be a bonus.
Experience with Amazon or customer service platforms is advantageous but not essential — you don't need to be an Amazon specialist.
