Job Description
United Foundation in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs is seeking an in-home care support worker to assist a participant in Lawson and nearby NDIs, with a rotating roster and potential transition to permanent part-time.
This casual role requires strong communication, empathy, and flexibility, with 24/7 availability including sleepovers; training and ongoing upskilling are provided, plus staff wellbeing support and employee advantages.
