ABOUT THE POSITION
Sell & Parker is looking for a experienced Machine Operator to join our operations Team in Kings Park.
You will be responsible for operating heavy equipment in a safe, effective and efficient manner and performing a variety of tasks to assist in the day-to-day operation of the yard.
This position will provide the successful candidate with the chance to apply their knowledge, learn new skills and work as a team.
ABOUT YOU
Proven experience in Metal, Manufacturing or Mining Industry, desirable but not essential.
Experience in excavators and/or material handlers.
Knowledge of operational characteristics of a variety of heavy equipment.
Knowledge of maintenance requirements of heavy equipment.
Proven experience performing a variety of skilled construction and maintenance tasks.
Experience in manual handling.
Ability to interpret and work off nests.
High level organisation skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and conflicting deadlines.
Mechanical aptitude.




Ability to attain and retain fitness for work (including clear Drug and Alcohol Screens).
Currently have the right to work in Australia.
Pass a Police Check.
HOURS
Monday to Friday 6:30am to 5:30pm
Saturday as required
