Position overview
We have an opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team supporting the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of our Tamworth venues.
This hands-on position focuses on accounts payable, office administration, and customer service.
Key responsibilities
Review, verify, and process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Prepare payments for approval and authorisation
Accurately code and enter accounts payable data into the accounting system




Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries and maintain strong working relationships
Provide general administrative support to the operations team, including answering calls, responding to emails, and maintaining filing systems
What we're looking for
Previous experience in accounts payable and office administration, preferably within hospitality or a similar fast-paced environment
Solid organisational and communication skills
High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands
A friendly, professional demeanour and a team-oriented mindset
