Job Description
Sunshine Coast Health in southeast Queensland is seeking a Clinical Nurse (School Based Youth Health Nurse) to join the Child, Youth and Family Health Services Team.
The CN will provide advanced, person-centred nursing care with autonomous practice and clinical leadership.
You will support state schools with secondary students, delivering a limited primary health service within the school and contributing to health promotion and wellbeing for young people.
