About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for passionate and committedJunior School Teachersto join our Junior School from Term 1, ****.
Our Junior School caters for 675 students from Pre-Prep to Year 6 and is characterised by a culture that embraces challenge, celebrates success and fosters a genuine enjoyment of learning.
The successful applicant will be a dedicated and inspiring educator who demonstrates a strong understanding of evidence-based practice and the Science of Learning.

Key Responsibilities
Academic Excellence
Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Australian Curriculum Version 9.
Differentiate instruction to support a range of abilities.
Partner with colleagues to promote a low-variance, high-expectation approach to teaching and learning.
Design effective assessment tasks and provide timely, constructive feedback.
Contribute to a cooperative teaching culture, sharing ideas, resources and effective practice with colleagues.
Build positive,



respectful relationships with students that support confidence, independence and personal growth.
Take responsibility for students' welfare both in and outside the classroom.
Support positive student behaviour through clear expectations and consistent classroom management strategies.
Work closely with families, junior school staff and learning support professionals to support each student's learning and wellbeing.
