Rydges Port Macquarie is seeking a senior Food & Beverage Leadership and Development Manager to lead across the multi-property portfolio.
You will mentor leaders, elevate service standards and drive commercial performance with robust ownership and hands-on leadership.
You will oversee restaurants, bars, events and in-room dining, shaping onboarding, SOPs and continued improvement while partnering with General Managers to achieve budgets and guest satisfaction.
