Key Responsibilities
Drive Growth: Spearhead expansion efforts and elevate DJS to new levels.
Tender Management: Secure new contracts to expand our service areas.
System Development: Highlight your skills in creating and executing effective reporting within our systems utilizing SimPRO, Xero, Microsoft, and Google Workspace to optimize operations and improve overall efficiency.
Strategic Forecasting: Predict market trends to leverage growth opportunities.
Team Leadership: Inspire and manage a high-performing, collaborative team.
Financial Oversight: Oversee budgeting and optimize resources.
Adaptability: Lead the team in adapting to market changes.




Effective Communication: Convey company vision and strategies clearly.
Market Analysis: Stay ahead of trends and identify new opportunities.
Reporting Systems: Develop robust reporting for the Director.
KPI Management: Set and monitor key performance indicators.
