We're looking for a motivated Property Manager to join our growing team in a portfolio-based role, working in a supportive and team-focused environment with strong hands‐on management support.

This is a great chance for an experienced Property Manager looking for a positive and well-structured workplace. We're also open to considering the right candidate for a traineeship, with the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice completed on the job.

About the Role
n

Managing a defined portfolio of residential properties
n
Acting as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants
n
Conducting routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports
n
Coordinating and following up maintenance and repairs
n
Liaising with contractors and service providers
n
Managing lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears
n
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and agency procedures
n
Responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner
n
Working closely with management and support staff for guidance and assistance
n

About You
n

Must hold a current drivers license
n
Cert4 in Real Estate Services - or be willing to undertake the course via traineeship
