NIIM Ltd in Melbourne's Hawthorn integrative GP clinic seeks a Practice Nurse (RN) to provide evidence-based, patient-centred nursing care. You will manage chronic disease, health assessments, wound care, immunisations, IV therapy and support minor procedures within a multidisciplinary team.
