Job Description
Department of Families, Seniors, Disability Services and Child Safety QLD – Wacol QLD is seeking a dedicated qualified to deliver client-focused care within the Forensic Disability Service.
You will develop, implement and monitor individual plans to improve life skills and independence, including leisure, meals and daily living activities, while maintaining dignity and respect.
You will assess risk with clinical teams, support goal achievement in IDPs, contribute to treatment and habilitation
