Associate Director Business Services Tax
Boutique 2 partner accounting firm with a team of 12 staff and a strong reputation in the SME market.
A rare opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Manager/ Associate to step into a leadership role with a clear pathway to equity partnership within 2-3 years as part of a succession plan.
THE ROLE
You will work with both directors to manage a portfolio of SME and high-net-worth clients while leading a team of accountants and bookkeepers.
Responsibilities include:
Managing client relationships
Reviewing compliance and advisory work
Tax planning and business structuring advice
Managing workflow and team performance
Working with in-house financial planning team
You will also play a key role in the future growth and direction of the firm.

CA or CPA qualified
6+ years' Australian public practice experience
Strong business services and tax background
Experience managing workflow and reviewing staff work
Exposure to SME groups, multi-entity structures and SMSFs
Strong communication and leadership skills
Experience with Xero, XPM, and Class is highly regarded.
