Job Description
We're currently looking for a Strata Manager to join a well-established property business in Surry Hills on a temporary basis, with the potential for the role to become permanent for the right person.

The Role

Responding to general strata enquiries
n
Managing repairs and maintenance requests
n
Responding to emails and phone enquiries
n
Setting up and coordinating AGMs
n
Liaising with owners, tenants and contractors
n
General strata administration and support
n
n
About You
n
n
Previous experience as a Strata Manager
n
Robust communication and organisational skills
n
Confident managing enquiries and day-to-day strata matters
n




Able to work independently and hit the ground running
n
Property IQ experience highly regarded
n
Available to work fully office-based
n
n

Location: Surry Hills – approximately 5 minutes from Central Station
n
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday
n
Working arrangement: 100% office-based
n
Systems: Property IQ, Windows & Microsoft Office
n
Employment: Temp assignment with potential to go permanent
