The Role Working closely with an experienced Strata Manager, you'll manage a small, designated portfolio of key buildings to start with, while developing your career in strata.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Managing your own portfolio management, with an experienced Strata Manager (Mentor)
n
Liaising with stakeholders including Owners, Committees and trades
n
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and contractor management
n
Facilitate AGMs, committee meetings, and correspondence
n
Prepare agendas, minutes, and strata documentation
n
Ensure compliance with strata legislation and regulations
n
Maintain strong client relationships and service standards
n
Learning all aspects of strata operations withfull training provided
n
n
What you'll need to succeed:
n
n
Experience instrata administration, real estate, or property management
n
Alternatively, you bringstrong transferable skillsand a genuine interest in the property/strata sector
n
A positive, can‐do attitude with a willingness to learn
n
Strong written skills with the ability to draft clear and professional correspondence
n
Resilient, organised, and able to work to deadlines
n
High level of personal presentation and strong verbal communication
