The position:
Hillcrest Christian College is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to bring warmth, energy, and excellence to our vibrant onsite Café at our Reedy Creek campus.
Serving students, parents, staff, and visitors,



the Café is a welcoming hub where hospitality and community come together, creating meaningful moments of connection within College life.
This casual term-time position will commence in Term 4, with shifts available across the school week.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts is essential.
The successful applicant will prepare high-quality hot and cold beverages, take customer orders, assist with food preparation, and serve food with care and efficiency.
They will play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive café experience for every member of our community.
We are seeking someone with a genuine passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in a rapid-paced environment.
