You can expect to gain experience with a broad range of Litigious matters, including contract disputes, negligence,
defamation and much more!
You will gain experience taking matters to trial, including interesting and high value matters in the Supreme Court!
Scope of work includes:
General Commercial Litigation
Joint Venture and Shareholder Disputes
Defamation
Restructuring, Insolvency, and Debt Recovery
Building and Construction Disputes; and more!
About you:
Successful candidates will have a minimum of 1 year post-admission experience in commercial litigation.
