Design & Build Recruitment, partnering with a major EPC contractor, is recruiting a Maintenance & Operations Manager to establish the maintenance function for a recent power plant in Regional NSW on a permanent basis.
The role will develop the Maintenance Management Plan, build predictive maintenance schedules from engineering and O&M; documentation, coordinate across Australia and overseas, and lead maintenance activities during construction with a focus on reliability and asset preservation.
