The role focuses on 1st/2nd line support, data management, and release readiness for Salesforce platforms used across government sectors.
The candidate will work in our Canberra office 3 days per week, hold NV1 clearance, and communicate persuasively with stakeholders to drive informed decisions.
Experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud is preferred.
