About the role
As a Safety (SHEQ) Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the safe and successful delivery of telecommunications infrastructure projects across in Queensland and nationally.
Additionally, you'll:
Partner with operational teams to promote a strong safety culture
Build trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Conduct site inspections, audits and assurance activities
Support incident investigations and drive continuous improvement
Provide guidance on SHEQ systems,



processes and compliance
Contribute to quality outcomes across multiple network programs
Travel to project sites across the state and occasionally interstate
What are we looking for?
Do you have:
A willingness to learn and continuously develop
The ability to identify opportunities for improvement and follow through with completion
A practical approach to problem solving and risk management
Ability to work autonomously, manage completing priorities and build effective relationships
A background within telecommunications, construction, utilities or infrastructure environments
Qualified in Workplace Health and Safety, Environmental Management, Quality or similar
Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, compliance requirements and management systems
