The Clock Hotel is looking for a
talented and experienced Head Chef
to lead the kitchen team at our
bistro-style restaurant in the heart of Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast
.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on chef who enjoys leading a team, creating outstanding food and being part of a fun and energetic hospitality environment.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has a minimum of
3 years' experience as a Head Chef
Can confidently
lead and manage a team of up to 10 chefs and cooks
Is an excellent
communicator and team leader
Has strong
staff management and organisational skills
Enjoys
training and developing apprentices and junior chefs
Has experience with
cocktail functions and events
Is experienced in




high-volume cooking and service
Has experience with
ordering, stock control and stocktaking
Has a good understanding of
Microsoft Word and Excel
Is positive, energetic and enjoys having fun at work
Wants to enjoy the
fantastic lifestyle the Gold Coast has to offer!
