Working closesly with the Owner and Site Manager, we are seeking a Gym Sales Manager that is dedicated and passionate towards the Fitness Industry.
This isnt just a Sales Job however your effort would be mainly sales focused.
All Sorts Wyong is a Family Friendly gym which is located on site at the Wyong Milk Factory.
The Central Coast is a very competitive space for Gym's currently however we do offer a different culture and decor in comparison to the other Gym's available.
We appeal to a variety of fitness attendees with services such as Group Fitness Classes, Creche/Child Minding and 24/7 Access Gym Facility.
The position has been listed as Full Time, we are open to a Hybrid role with the majority of time spent on site with some hours spent working from home.
Qualifications & experience




Minimum 2 years experience working within a Gym Setting
Cert 3 or Cert 4 in Fitness Preferred but not essential
Experience in managing a team
Experience in a Sales based role
Tasks & responsibilities
Rostering of Gym Staff
Managing of Group Fitness Timetable
Working along side Competent and Decicated Creche Manager
Managing of Gym Staff Performance
Ensuring Cleaning Contractor is meeting set expectations
Ensuring Gym Equipment is Working as per Purpose and maintained
Conducting Membership Promotions to further grow Gym Membership
Managing of Social Media Profiles
Conducting and organsing target sales programs
