We're looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join the team at Ruki.
Ruki is a fast-paced restaurant and bar focused on great food, quality drinks and great customer service.
We're looking for someone who is confident leading a team, enjoys being hands-on and wants to be part of a venue with plenty of room to grow and wants a 4 day work week!!!
THE ROLE
As Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the venue, leading the FOH team and ensuring every service runs smoothly.
Leading, training and developing the FOH team
Managing service and maintaining high hospitality standards
Rosters
Opening and closing procedures
Stock control and ordering
Maintaining venue presentation and cleanliness




Managing customer experience and resolving issues confidently and efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction
Working closely with the kitchen and management team
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
Minimum 3 years hospitality experience
Managerial or supervisory experience in hospitality
Valid RSA
Strong bar and beverage knowledge, including wine service
Is confident leading a team in a rapid-paced environment
Has strong communication and organisational skills
Is hands-on and leads by example
