We are seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality clinical care across our growing network of GP practices in the St George & Sutherland Shire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys variety, works well independently, and is committed to delivering outstanding patient care.

As part of our clinical team, you will work alongside experienced GPs and administrative staff to support patients across multiple practice locations.
n
About the Role
n
This position requires flexibility to work across several of our Sydney practices as needed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Deliver high-quality nursing care within a general practice setting.
n
Conduct health assessments and chronic disease management.
n
Assist with care plans, health checks and preventative health initiatives.
n
Administer immunisations and vaccinations.
n
Perform wound care, ECGs, spirometry and other clinical procedures.
n
Support minor surgical procedures.
n
Manage cold chain compliance and vaccine inventory.
n




Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Best Practice software.
n
Participate in quality improvement and accreditation activities.
n
Work collaboratively with GPs and the wider healthcare team to achieve the best patient outcomes.
n

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
n
Minimum 2 years' experience working in Australian General Practice.
n
Experience with chronic disease management and health assessments.
n
Robust clinical assessment and communication skills.
n
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
n
A proactive, patient-focused approach.
n
Current CPR certificate.
n
Flexibility and willingness to work across multiple Sydney locations.
n

Desirable

Experience using Best Practice clinical software.
n
