The role
n
AMD Fire Protection has an opportunity for an Apprentice Electrician to join their team in a full-time role, working across both residential and commercial clients.
n
Day to day duties include
n
n
Assist with the installation, servicing and maintenance of fire detection and alarm systems.
n
Assist with installing smoke detectors, heat detectors, speakers, warning systems and associated fire equipment.
n
Installation of wiring, conduit, smoke and heat detectors, Fire Panels & OWS/Ewis Panels
n
Assist with fit-out and construction projects, including modifications to existing fire systems.
n
Assisting qualified Electricians as required
n
n
Experience required
n




We are looking for someone who is reliable, and keen to develop their skills. You will be a practical, hands‐on person with a strong work ethic, clear communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Currently enrolled in a relevant Electrical TAFE course or apprenticeship program
n
Hold a current White Card
n
Hold a valid Australian driver's licence
n
Ability to work well and contribute positively within a team workplace
n
A positive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn and develop your skills
