About the Role
n
As a Store Manager, you'll have full ownership of your store's success — leading day‐to‐day operations, driving strong commercial results, and delivering a consistently outstanding customer experience.
n
You'll lead by example, act as a Brand Ambassador, and build a high‐performing,



customer‐first culture while maintaining strong operational and financial standards.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n

Leading end‐to‐end store operations with a Customer First mindset
n
Driving sales performance, KPIs, and commercial results
n
Recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and developing high‐performing teams
n
Leading rosters, payroll accuracy, and performance management
n
Setting the benchmark for customer experience, VM, and store presentation
n
Managing stock accuracy, loss prevention, and inventory control
n
Executing promotions, campaigns, and in‐store initiatives
n
Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and financial procedures
n
Liaising with centre management and external partners
n
Acting as a hands‐on Brand Ambassador on the shop floor
n

What You'll Bring

Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader
n
A strong track record of driving sales and team performance
n
Solid understanding of retail operations, stock control, and financial processes
n
Confident leadership, decision‐making, and problem‐solving skills
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability
n
A genuine passion for beauty, trends, and premium customer service
n
A skilled, confident presence aligned with the W cosmetics brand
