The Institute for Urban Indigenous Health (IUIH) is seeking a Team Leader Aged Care to oversee delivery of in-home and community-based care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients in Southeast Queensland. You will manage contracts, coordinate care workers, and ensure services consistently meet client care plans and standards.
