About the Role:
n
We are currently seeking an experienced Service Coordinator / Planner to join our support team based in our Stapylton office.
n
In this position you will manage our on road light vehicles and trucks along with servicing and planning requirements for our extensive civil and mining fleet.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Plan, schedule and optimise all maintenance activities to maximise equipment availability
n
Coordinate servicing and component planning.
n
Maintain accurate documentation, work orders, and preventive maintenance records, ensuring quality and compliance
n
Monitoring and escalation of critical equipment issues and emerging risks
n
Identifying opportunities to improve maintenance efficiency & fleet reliability
n
Build strong relationships and work closely with internal and external stakeholders
n
n
About You:
n
This position would suit someone with strong mechanical aptitude,
practical experience and the ability to schedule effectively.
n
Ideal for someone who has prior experience of
planning/scheduling
maintenance of vehicle fleets and/or heavy equipment.
n
The successful candidate will have the following:
n
n
Knowledge of heavy mobile equipment condition, monitoring and analysis
n
Strong computer skills and experience using maintenance management systems
n
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships
n
A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
n
Experience working on CAT equipment (highly desirable but not essential).
n
Current & valid Driver's Licence.
n
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
n
