Part-Time Front Office All-Rounder
to join our friendly and dynamic Front Office team. In this diverse role, you will support a range of Front Office operations while delivering exceptional and personalised guest experiences from arrival through to departure.

Deliver exceptional, personalised and engaging guest service in line with Pullman service standards
n
Manage guest check-ins, check-outs and account enquiries using Opera PMS
n
Assist with reservations, switchboard calls and general Front Office administration
n
Respond to guest enquiries, requests and concerns positively and promptly
n
Support concierge, reception and other Front Office duties as required
n
Liaise with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
n
Maintain accurate guest records, handovers and daily Front Office documentation
n
Promote hotel facilities, services and Accor loyalty programs
n

Qualifications n

n
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
n
Previous Front Office,



reception or customer service experience is preferred
n
Experience using Opera, Fidelio or HOTSOS is highly regarded
n
Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
n
A positive attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team
n
Immaculate grooming and professional presentation
n
Full Australian working rights

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
