Joining the AustralianSuper **** Graduate Program offers you an exciting opportunity to build a career with a growing global financial services organisation. Commencing in February ****, you will be part of our rotational program where you will be exposed to a variety of our teams and develop the required capabilities and skills to help our members achieve the best possible retirement outcomes.
Your recent role
AustralianSuper graduates are offered unrivalled exposure to our award-winning teams, with the opportunity to work on real-world projects and initiatives, whilst gaining exposure to senior business leaders. Over the two-year program, you will experience three rotations (two core and one elective), developing a strategic and operational understanding of the respective teams and how they contribute to the Fund's purpose.
As a Technology, Digital & Data (TDD) graduate, you will complete core rotations aligned to the Technology, Digital & Data domain, while your elective rotation provides an opportunity to further explore your interests and develop specialist expertise. Rotations may include teams across software engineering, data engineering, cloud platforms, architecture, cyber security, digital products, AI and automation, technology strategy, enterprise governance and technology operations.
You will gain exposure to the teams that design, build and support the technology, data and digital capabilities that power AustralianSuper. Through meaningful project work, you will gain insight into how technology, data, automation, architecture and governance capabilities enable innovation,



operational excellence and resilient member services.
Working alongside technical specialists and business stakeholders, you will develop your technical, analytical and problem-solving capabilities while gaining hands-on experience in a large and complex technology environment. You will build foundational and specialist expertise across technologies, platforms and data services that support more than 3.6 million members, a growing retirement population and one of the world's largest pools of retirement savings.
As a graduate cohort, you will collaborate and be provided with the platform to actively contribute to what we are doing and how we're doing it, learning about our values, ways of working and investment philosophy along the way.
