Sales Executive - New Business & Existing Accounts

$75K-$110K Super Commission Fully Maintained Vehicle

Are you a natural salesperson who loves the thrill of winning new business?

We're looking for a driven, energetic and commercially minded Sales Executive to join a dynamic team within a growing business. This is a genuine hunter role where you'll be responsible for managing an existing portfolio while actively identifying, pursuing and winning new customers.
n
This isn't a role for someone who is happy to sit back and wait for leads to come in. We're looking for someone who is hungry, ambitious and motivated by results.
n
The Role
n
You'll have a combination of existing accounts to manage and grow, while spending a significant part of your time out in the market generating recent business.
n
You'll be responsible for:
n
n
Managing and developing existing customer relationships
n
Proactively identifying and targeting new business opportunities
n
Building a strong sales pipeline and converting opportunities into new accounts
n
Prospecting and getting in front of new customers
n
Understanding customer requirements and providing the right solutions
n
Growing revenue across your territory and customer base
n
Building long-term relationships with key decision makers
n
Following up leads and opportunities and driving them through to close
n
Representing the business at trade shows, industry events and customer functions
n
Working closely with the internal team to ensure customers receive great service
n
Maintaining accurate CRM activity, sales pipelines and forecasts
n
Taking ownership of your results and continuously looking for ways to improve
n
n
Who We're Looking For:
n
We're open to different levels of experience and will tailor the package to the right person.




n
Ideally, you'll come from an electrical, electrical contracting, construction or associated industry, with experience working with contractors, builders, wholesalers or other B2B customers.
n
But industry experience isn't everything.
n
