What role will you play?

Your development journey starts with a tailored orientation at our headquarters in Sydney. You'll then embark on a structured 12 to 24-month program that includes on-the-job training, access to senior leaders, and a comprehensive range of internal and external learning opportunities.
We have opportunities in:
Accounting
Help support Macquarie's growth by working on financial reporting, forecasting, tax and regulatory reporting, and providing advice to teams across the business.
Corporate finance, M&A;, treasury and markets
Work with teams advising on mergers and acquisitions, supporting the trading of essential commodities,



or helping provide funding, capital and advisory services to clients and businesses.
Risk
Help identify, assess and manage risks across the business, contributing to sustainable outcomes and supporting informed decision-making.
Retail banking
Gain real customer-focused experience, helping people purchase a home, start a business or manage their finances.

What you offer

You are in your final year of study or have completed your studies within 12 months of applying (that's 12 months from your last subject or unit).

No prior financial experience is required, just an innate curiosity and eagerness to learn.
