Your development journey starts with a tailored orientation at our headquarters in Sydney. You'll then embark on a structured 12-month program featuring on-the-job learning, access to senior leaders, and a broad range of development opportunities, including technical certifications.
We have opportunities in:
Engineering
From designing, building and maintaining our systems to writing code and developing solutions, as an Engineer you could specialise in areas such as architecture, UI design, testing, business analysis or production support.
Business analysis
Help drive positive outcomes at Macquarie by identifying business needs and recommending solutions that deliver value to stakeholders.
Data
Use data, analytics,



AI or emerging technologies to help solve business problems and improve processes.

What you offer
Degrees we're looking for include computer science, software engineering, data science and decisions, electrical engineering, mechatronics engineering, engineering (electrical, mechanical, mechatronic, computer), information technology, cyber security, information systems, digital experience and design, design computing, science.

You are in your final year of study or have completed your studies within 12 months of applying (that's 12 months from your last subject or unit).

No prior financial experience is required, just an innate curiosity and eagerness to learn.
