Disability/Ageingto

We are looking for an industry professional who is passionate aboutvocational education and trainingand committed to delivering
engaging,practicaland
industry-relevant learning experiences. You will bring your understanding of the disability, ageingand community services sectors into the classroom, helping students connect theory with real-world practice and preparing them for the expectations and challenges of working in the industry.

About you
n
You will bring:
n
n
A relevant vocational qualification in Disability Support Work,
CommunityServicesand/or
Aged Care.
n
Industry experience in Disability and Aged Care.
n
Cert IV in Training and Assessment TAE***** or TAE*****(GOTAFE supports on the job training)
n
Sound knowledge of current industry
trends,standardsand
practices.
n
Proven ability to plan, research and deliver learning materials.
n
n
