Position Overview
n
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Inside Sales & Administration Coordinator to support our Industry Development Manager.
n
This role will play a vital part in ensuring smooth sales processes, contributing to sales targets, and offering excellent customer service.
n
The role also plays a key part in supporting customer growth, maintaining CRM data integrity, analysing sales performance, and assisting with the delivery of Brink's commercial strategy.
n

Key Responsibilities
n
Assist the Industry Development Manager with presentations, reporting, and general administrative support.
n
Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports for Sales leaders.
n
Maintain and update the Sales Pipeline/CRM system.
n
Assist the sales team in providing customer quotes and other information to customers.
n
Compile and analyse sales data to support decision-making.
n
Manage via phone a small defined customer list to proactively build relationships to expand Brink's services.
n
Resolve customer inquiries promptly and address concerns during the sales process.
n
Support invoicing, billing, and contract preparation.
n
Ensure compliance with internal processes and work closely with marketing, finance, operations, and customer service teams.
n
Maintain the accuracy and integrity of customer, sales and pipeline information within the CRM system.
n
Generate and distribute regular sales performance reports, dashboards and customer insights.
n
Assist with the preparation and coordination of customer tenders, pricing submissions, proposals and contract documentation.
n
Support sales campaigns, customer communications and lead generation initiatives.
n
Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships through cross-selling and upselling of Brink's services.
n
Liaise with Operations, Customer Service, Finance and Compliance teams to ensure customer requirements are met and internal processes are followed.
n
Required Skills & Experience:
n
Proven experience in a sales administrative or support role.
n
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and as part of a team.
n
Experience working with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
n
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present sales data.
n
Strong personal integrity and professionalism.
n
A proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
n
Experience within the logistics, transportation, security, or service-based industries is desirable but not essential.
n
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a commitment to outstanding customer service.
n
Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities for customer growth and service expansion.
