Marketing Coordinator - Managed IT Services, Cyber, AI

Rodin is seeking a driven Marketing Coordinator to own the day-to-day execution of marketing activities and help shape how we tell our story to the market. This role would suit an experienced marketing professional looking to take genuine ownership of a brand and its channels, or a marketing coordinator or specialist from an agency or in-house team who wants to work closely with sales leadership and see the direct commercial impact of their work.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Own content writing and design, website design and updates, digital advertising, and social media, working closely with leadership team on strategy and direction
n
Plan and coordinate marketing events
n
Manage vendor MDF (Marketing Development Fund) relationships, ensuring we maximise the funding and support available to us
n
Help shape internal versus external marketing model, working with leadership to decide what should be run in-house and what should sit with external partners
n
Support lead generation campaigns in partnership with sales team, including nurture sequences and CRM-based marketing activity
n
Maintain brand consistency across all client and prospect-facing materials, in line with brand guidelines
n
Track and report on the performance of marketing activities to inform ongoing decision-making
n

About you
n
n
Relevant B2B marketing experience
n
Hands-on experience executing content, design,



website and digital advertising campaigns
n
Strong writing and design skills
n
Comfortable managing multiple projects, vendors and stakeholders at once
n
Motivated and driven to see campaigns through from idea to results
n
Proactive, organised, and comfortable taking ownership of their work
n
Experience marketing to SMB and midmarket audiences
n
Desirable: Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
n
Desirable: Previous experience in the IT, technology or professional services sector
n
Desirable: Experience working with or managing external agencies
n
