About the role
What you'll be doing
Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Handling patient enquiries, bookings, and rescheduling appointments
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
Handling cash and electronic payments for consultations and treatments
Providing general administrative support to the medical team as required
Ensuring the reception area is well-presented and stocked with necessary supplies
Adhering to all relevant medical and privacy regulations
What we are looking for
Punctionality and Commitment.
Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



with a friendly and professional manner
Robust organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Proficient in using Practsoft and Medical Director
Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to medical regulations
