Mosaic is seeking a Property Care/Defect & Maintenance Supervisor to maintain the quality of our residential developments across Queensland. This hands-on role covers defect rectifications, ongoing maintenance, and resident-facing property care services, coordinating with contractors and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
You will lead maintenance tasks, supervise trades, and ensure safety and quality standards. A QBCC Site Supervisor Licence is advantageous.
