Bottlemart North Shore Tavern has an exciting prospect for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Bottleshop Manager to lead our liquor retail team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong liquor retail experience who is passionate about customer service, team leadership and driving store performance.

Key responsibilities
n
Lead and motivate the bottleshop team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
n
Manage the day-to-day operations of the bottleshop, ensuring the store is clean, well presented and operating efficiently.
n
Maintain excellent product knowledge and ensure stock is appropriately merchandised and presented.
n
Manage stock control, ordering, receiving deliveries, stock rotation and inventory accuracy.
n
Implement and maximise the Bottlemart promotional program and ensure promotions are executed effectively.
n
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve store results.
n




Ensure all Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements and liquor licensing obligations are strictly followed.
n
Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling and daily operational requirements.
n
Train, support and develop team members to maintain high standards of service and compliance.
n
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally and effectively.
n
About you
n
Previous experience in a liquor retail management or supervisory role.
n
Strong knowledge of the liquor industry, products and retail operations.
n
Experience with I-Control will be highly regarded.
n
Excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills.
n
A friendly, approachable and professional personality.
n
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
n
Commercial awareness with a focus on achieving sales and business targets.
n
Ability to motivate and develop a team.
n
Hold a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
n
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
