ABOUT THE ROLE
Rite Price Industrial Coatings & Supplies is a family-owned Gold Coast business with over 40 years of success, and we're growing.
We're looking for a reliable, switched-on Warehouse & Customer Service all-rounder to become a key part of our team. This is not a "hide in the warehouse" role — you'll be trusted, customer-facing, and involved in the day-to-day running of a fast-paced operation.
If you have a great attitude, can use a computer confidently, and enjoy dealing with customers, we can train you on the rest.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
This is a hands-on, varied role including:
Warehouse & Operations
Picking, packing, unpacking, and organising stock
Maintaining clean, logical storage and displays
Stock control and stocktakes
Loading/unloading goods (forklift use)
Decanting & Paint Mixing
Customer Service (Very Important)
Serving customers in-store and over the phone
Helping customers with orders, questions, and solutions
Creating invoices, purchase orders, and delivery paperwork




Communicating clearly and professionally at all times
Logistics
Preparing orders for dispatch
Organising freight and customer deliveries
Occasional local deliveries
Safety & Professionalism
Maintaining a safe, tidy, and organised work environment
Following OHS and workplace procedures

Experience & Licences
Warehouse experience preferred (but not essential for the right person)
Forklift licence desirable
Manual driver's licence essential
Product or trade-related knowledge is a bonus, not a requirement
