Prospecting for prospective sellers and landlords

Building and nurturing your client database

Identifying current Sales and Property Management opportunities

Attending and assisting with listing presentations

Conducting open homes and property inspections

Managing and following up buyers

Assisting with sales campaigns and negotiations
n
Progressing toward independently securing your own listings

The Details
n
$70,000–$80,000 package + commissions
n
Commissions across both Sales and Property Management
n
Unlimited earning potential
n
Monday to Saturday with a weekday off in lieu
n
NSW Certificate of Registration essential
n
Cert iv real estate practice an advantage

Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle required
