Job Description
Bathurst Thoroughbred Racing in Bathurst NSW seeks an experienced Track Manager to oversee the racecourse and training facilities.
You will lead a small ground staff, manage the racetrack and training surfaces, and work with trainers to uphold premier track standards for racing and trackwork.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will implement maintenance programs, ensure safety compliance, and plan annual improvement initiatives to enhance Bathurst's racing infrastructure and community
