You'll manage a property portfolio end-to-end, with the support around you to do your job well and clear boundaries that allow you to genuinely switch off at the end of the day.
The Position:
Manage a portfolio of properties end-to-end
Build and maintain strong owner and tenant relationships
Manage maintenance, arrears and general portfolio enquiries
Conduct routine and exit inspections
Manage lease renewals and tenancy processes
Keep your portfolio compliant and well maintained
Work within PropertyTree and Inspection Express

8:30am–5:00pm working hours

The Candidate:
3+ years residential Property Management experience
Confident managing a portfolio end-to-end
Robust communication and relationship-building skills
Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
Strong understanding of PropertyTree
Valid driver's licence
Looking for a long-term role with genuine work-life balance
